
saying “Battery level low”. Charge your Road Talk with the
included charge cable.
Connecting via Bluetooth® (first time set-up)
1.
Move the power switch on the right side of the Road Talk to
the “ON” position and the Road Talk will say “Bluetooth mode”.
2.
Open the settings on your Bluetooth device (Bluetooth must
be enabled).
3.
Select Road Talk from the list of Bluetooth devices.
4.
Once paired, you will hear “Bluetooth paired”.
5.
Attach the Road Talk to your car visor with the microphone
facing toward the user.
6.
Volume can be adjusted from your device or Road Talk.
NOTES:
• For safe installation, do not put the Road Talk where it will
obstruct the view of the driver or interfere with the safety of
the vehicle.
• Your device will automatically find and pair with the Road
Talk after the initial pairing. If your device does not automati-
cally pair, turn off the Road Talk and repeat steps 1-3.
• If you do not connect a device within 5 minutes, the Road
Talk will go into sleep mode to conserve battery. Turn the Road
Talk off and back on to continue to use the Road Talk. This
sleep mode function does not turn the Road Talk off.
• The volume dial only controls the volume of the Road Talk.
Device volume should be adjusted separately.
Connecting a second user
1.
Turn off the Bluetooth connection to the first device if the
first device paired is within Bluetooth range of the Road Talk.
2.
Follow steps 2-4 from “Connecting via Bluetooth” section for
the second device.
