13  Trouble Shooting Guide 

If you have followed the instructions and are having difficulty operating the unit, 

locate the PROBLEM in the left column below. Check the corresponding POSSIBLE 

CAUSE column to locate and remedy the problem.

No Power when 

POWER is on.

The Power Point may not have

Switch on using the Power 

Button.  The Power Button will 

glow Green when power is on. 

The Light Button is in the Off 

mode.  

Press the Light Button 

repeatedly until the lights cycle 

around to your desired setting.  

Note:  default light setting when 

powered on is “Changing 

Coloured Lights” 

Lights do not 

“Dance” to the 

music. 

Volume on iGlowSound unit is 

not loud enough. 

Increase the volume on the 

iGlowSound unit 

Music file may be poor quality.  Use a higher quality music file. 

Mobile Audio Device 

Not Charging 

No Power to the iGlowSound 

unit 

Ensure Power is supplied to the 

iGlowSound unit 

USB cable not attached 

Ensure USB cable is connected 

properly to both the iGlowSound 

unit and audio device 

Audio device was connected 

before connecting to 

iGlowSound unit. 

Always connect the USB cable 

to the iGlowSound unit  first, 

then connect to the audio
