Connect your smartphone to the Wifi router, download the HEY SMART app and
register a user account, using your email address.
1. Put the HEY WATER sensor in learning mode. Turn the sensor upside down and,
with the shank of a screwdriver, short-circuit the two probes 3 times in close
sequence. The LED indicator will start flashing quickly.
2. and then Protection sensor> Anti-flooding WIFI
3. If the sensor indicator is flashing, confirm. If not, perform step 1.
4. Check that the smartphone is connected to the 2.4GHz wifi band. Enter the
password of your Wifi router, it MUST NOT contain special characters and max. 30
characters.
5. Connection in progress, the procedure can last from 10 to 120 sec. depending on
the strength of the Wifi signal.
6. Once connected, the sensor will appear on the App. The Red Led switches to Off.
Confirm to continue.
Troubleshooting
General maintenance
1. Carry out the alarm test, at least monthly.
2. Avoid the accumulation of fluff or debris around the HEY WATER sensor.
3. Intervene promptly in the event of an alarm generated by the HEY WATER sensor
4. Replace the batteries promptly in case of "Low battery" warning
