centralized lubrication systems must not be used in other purposes other than
lubricating machines.
2-1.2 Before lubricant filling
You must observe the machinery manufacturer's information on the lubricants
to be used in the machinery.

Use only new oil with a permitted range of oil viscosity from 30 to 250cSt. Warning !
Motor jammed or burned due to high resistance which caused by delivering higher than an
oil viscosity of 250cSt, no pressure build-up in centralized lubrication system or insufficient
oil delivery caused by pumping lower than an oil viscosity of 30cSt result in centralized
lubrication system failure.

Only clean lubricant may be added.
Please never fill with used oil.

Never fill with chemical substances, water or hazardous fluids.
!
All components of the lubrication line system - including reservoir, pipes, hoses,
cut-off valves, control valves, fittings, and so on - must be carefully cleaned before
installation.
2-1.3 Control panel safety information

In order to avoid disorders of the control panel, never let it have contact with water or
oil.
2-1.4 Faults
!
Only qualified, instructed specialists who are authorized by iSHAN may repair
lubricators and must use the original spare parts.
