Organisational data
When creating tasks, in addition to data which is relevant to outputting the application substance,
organisational data (name, address, company, field (site-specific), etc.) can also be saved and
imported/exported.

Note
Organisational data can be moved to the USB stick via data export. It will then no longer be available
on the terminal. It can only be used again after a data import.
