First, loosen the L shape knob
(SPS15) by turning counter-clock-
wise as shown in Figure 2A. Slide
the seat post in. Once the seat
post is at the appropriate height,
turn the knob clockwise to secure in
place.

Do not set the seat
post height any higher than
the "STOP" line.
