TROUBLESHOOTING
Before making repairs, please read the following content carefully to fix common problems.

Low suction
Filter is clogged.
Please clean or replace.
Abnormal heating
Dust cup is clogged.
Please remove dust.
Blinking operation light,
low suction
Filter is clogged, automatically turning
power to LOW to prevent overheating.
Please clean or replace.
Depending on the operation mode,
the humidity of the room, and the
environment, the operation light may
flash and decrease the power.
Not running, but dust sensor is on
Sensor is coated in dust.
Please remove dust.
Please clean sensor (p7).
Running, but dust sensor is off
Significantly lower suction.
Please clean or replace filter, and empty
contents from the dust cup.
Stop operating
Plug is not inserted into the outlet
correctly.
Reinsert the plug and press the menu
button.
“Protection mode” has been activated
to prevent overheating.
Follow the “protection mode”
instructions carefully.
Hot air not heating
Room temperature is too low.
Use in cooler rooms or use on LOW may
take longer to produce hot air.
Protection Mode:
If you continue to use product without emptying the dust cup and cleaning the filter, protection mode will
activate to prevent overheating of the motor. The operation light blinks even if the power is turned on.
The vacuum motor will temporarily shut down.
Solution:
1. Turn off the vacuum. Unplug from the outlet.
2. Empty the dust cup and clean the filters.
3. Place in a cool location.
After about an hour, protection mode will be unlocked and product can be used again.
Problems that could not be resolved.
