Limited Warranty
AITECHNIC Technology & Solu�on warrants the IQlife Wifi Smart plug against defects in
cra�smanship and materials under regular use for 2 years from the date of purchase.
If you receive a defec�ve product and make a valid claim within the warranty period,
we will either exchange the plug with a new product or repair the device for free.
When the product or a part of it is exchanged, the replacement device becomes your
property, and the replaced product becomes our property. A replacement part or
products can either assume the original product’s remaining warranty or come with
a new warranty period.
The warranty doesn’t apply to any services or items other than the product, so�ware,
consumables and hardware not manufactured for or by AITECHNIC. The company
doesn’t guarantee that the opera�on of the device will be error-free or uninterrupted or
meet your requirements or needs. We are not responsible for any damage caused by
inadequate internet access or electrical supply or failure to follow instruc�ons regarding
the product’s use. Products that have been modified or altered by unauthorized par�es
are not covered under this warranty. No AITECHNIC employee, reseller or agent is
permi�ed to make any addi�on, changes or extension to this warranty.
The warranty doesn’t cover damage or defects caused by use with products not
manufactured by AITECHNIC, abnormal condi�ons or external causes such as abuse,
accident and natural and human-made disasters and using the device outside the
intended or permi�ed condi�ons or uses described by the company. The cost of
returning the device to the company as well as reinstalla�on and recovery of so�ware
programs is not covered under this warranty.
