Choke open.
Move choke lever to
CLOSED
position
unless engine is warm.

Ignition switch OFF.
Turn ignition switch to
ON.
Out of fuel.

inspect spark plug.
Spark plug wet with fuel
(flooded engine).
Dry and reinstall spark
plug. Start engine with
throttle lever in FAST
position.
