FAQs

1. How is the Camera powered? How long is the power 

cable?

The camera is powered using a UK mains adapter and a Micro USB 

Cable. The micro USB cable is 1.5 metres. 

You can purchase extension cables if required, on our website.

2. Is there any memory built-in?

No. There is no built-in memory in this camera. 

However, it does support Micro SD Cards up to 64GB which will be 

required to record footage. See Page 3.

3. 

What are the login details I should enter for the Camera?

The username is admin and the password is admin. 

For your own security, please ensure the password is changed once 

the camera has been set up.

4. When I click the speaker icon on live-view, I get the fol-

lowing error message “Please check the settings to open 

the relevant application permissions”

Go to the App Settings on your Smartphone and ensure all App 

permissions have been enabled, including ‘Microphone’ and 

‘Telephone’. 

5. My camera is not connecting over 3G/4G

You will need to check two settings:

Firstly, ensure mobile data is turned on, on your smartphone

Secondly, swipe right on the iPixo app, click Network limitations and 

ensure the toggle is off.
