Symptom Remedy
Keypad or cursor
doesn’t function at all
•
Make sure that batteries have sufficient power level.
•
Follow the steps of ID setting to connect wireless keypad
and receiver again.
The LED on RF receiver
or keypad does not blink
when pressing keys on
keypad
•
Ensure computer is powered on and receiver is connected
to the USB port of computer.
•
Make sure that batteries have sufficient power level.
•
Unplug the receiver and plug it in again.
•
Follow the steps of ID setting to connect wireless keypad
and receiver again.
•
Make sure the operation distance is within 10 meters.
