Schedule
As the basis of attendance calculation, shifts should be set based on the actual
condition of a company. If no shift is set, the system makes attendance calculations
based on default shifts set in attendance rules.
11.3.1
Department-based Scheduling
The Schedule type in Attendance Rule is Department shifting.
In the initial interface, press
[M/OK]

Schedule
to enter the
Dept.
Shifting
settings interface. Select a Shift on the list, and press
[M/OK]
.
Remarks:
When a shift is selected for a department, it is used by all members of
the department.

Individual-based Scheduling
The Schedule type in Attendance Rule is Personal shift.
