ROASTING MEAT
• In the oven, it is possible to prepare portions of meat of more than 1 kg. It is better to prepare smaller pieces on the gas
burners of the cooker.
• Use ovenproof dishes when roasting meat. The handles of these oven dishes should also be able to resist high
temperatures.
• When roasting meat on the grill, a baking tray with a small layer of water can be placed at the lowest level to collect any
cooking liquid.
• Turn the meat at least once during the cooking time. In order to give more flavour to the meat, you can scoop the created
cooking liquid or sauce over the dish. This can also be done with hot salty water, but never with cold water.
HEATING MODE ECO HOT AIR
• When using the ECO hot air mode, an optimum preparation method of the oven is started that is intended to save energy
during the preparation of meals.
• It is not possible to shorten the cooking time by setting a higher temperature. Preheating the oven is not recommended.
• Do not change temperature settings during preparation and keep the oven door closed.
