3.1 Product Description
Aquatec Ocean E-VIP is a mobile shower- and toilet chair
with electric tilt and seat height adjustment functions,
stainless steel frame, tension adjustable backrest, flip-up
armrests, foldable textured footplates, designed for people
with disabilities that restrict showering an/or toilet use.
3.2 Intended Use
Aquatec Ocean E-VIP shower- and toilet chair is intended to
be used as an aid for showering, going to the toilet and
for all personal hygiene activities with assistance. The chair
must only be used indoors.
Intended Users
Users are adolescents or adults with permanent or
transitional physical mobility limitations or restrictions.
Adolescents or adults are persons having a physical size
equal to or more than 146 cm, a weight equal to or more
than 40 kg and a body mass index (BMI) equal to or more
than 16.
Indications
• Restricted or limited mobility (e.g. legs and/or hips) or
• having balance issues to stand up or walk due to
transitional or permanent disabilities.
Contraindications
There are no contraindications known when using the
product as intended.
The maximum user weight is 150 kg.
