Choose the correct melting time based on
belt material.

NOTE
Do not remove the Heat Wand from the Stand until
the temperature stabilizes within ± 2° of the set-
point for at least one (1) minute.
Splice the Belt Ends
FABRICATION TIP
These instructions provide the most common
splicing procedures. If the belt is S8126, see
1.
With the temperature stabilized, remove the
Heat Wand from the Stand.

FABRICATION TIP
Temperature fluctuates above and below the set
point when the Heat Wand is removed from the
Stand. Perform steps 2-4 as the temperature is
near the setpoint and rising rather than falling.
