Accounting Menu
3.1.
Description
The Accounting Menu is displayed by selecting the Accounting button at the Retail Manager Main Menu.
3.2.
Server Accounting
The Server Accounting Screen displays:
•
Sales Today - Shows sales for the current day.
•
Sales Yesterday - Shows sales for previous day.
•
Sales 2Days Past – Shows sales for two days past.
•
Sales 3Days Past – Shows sales for three days past.
•
Sales This Week - Shows sales for the current week.
•
Sales Last Week – Shows sale for the previous week.
•
Sales 2Weeks Past – Shows sales for 2 weeks past.
•
Sales 3Weeks Past – Shows sales for 3 weeks past.
•
Weekly Invoice - Contains the current invoice for all Online sales.
•
Life Time Sales – Shows sales for the life of the machine.
•
Configuration – For use by service technicians.
•
Event Report – Shows a list of “events” on the MP: door is opened; printer is out of paper, etc.
•
Shift Report – Shows total sales, cashed tickets, cash collected, cleared credits since last closed shift
report.
•
Clear Credits – Return credits balance to Zero; used for refunding customer cash.
•
Historical Shift Report – Ability to print previous shift reports.
Upon touching the PRINT button, the information displayed onscreen will be printed.
