     4. Troubleshooting Individual Foot Unit

Unlock and remove the cover

B. Washfountian fails to shut off.

Replace the following parts
P5040,P5041 and HUBASPRING

Unlock and remove the lid.

Remove the four screws and
seperate the valvefrom the brass

Clean 

brass water

 housing with

Scotchbrite

tm

 type 

product.

Reinstall in the reverse order
making sure the air tubing blue
nut is pointing towards the top
of the head. Use Teflon tape on
the nozzle fitting for a leak-
proof connection to the valve.
Check that the nozzle is pointing
straight downward. Double
check for any water leaks inside
and out.

Remove the access cover and
turn off the water supply to
the unit.

Disconnect the water tubing from
the valve by pushing in on the blue
ferrel and 

pulling on the

 tubing.

Remove the nozzle fitting from
the outside of the head.

Inspect and clean the water
 housing if rust or mineral
deposits are present.

Remove the four

 screws

 and

disassemble 

the grey

 portion from

the brass 

section.

A. Insufficient waterspray when activating the valve

1. Check to see if  the main supplies are open, the water heating system is on and the stop valves
    inside the pedestal are open.

2. If the flow is inconsistent between valves, check the condition of the screen at each valve inlet (in case you have

a plastic manifold: check the screen at the inlet of the manifold) .

    Service when necessary (see page 3- Clean Strainers).

3. Check the water pressure at the inlet of the control valve. The Sanispray requires a minimum of 17 psi
    when the washfountain is spraying.

4. Check the strainer screens. If  necessary clean or replace them (see page 3 - Clean Strainers).

5. Chec k to see if  sediments are bloc king the nozzles (see page 2 - Cleaning the nozzles).
