Replacing sliding bars
The eight sliding bars are replaced together.

Installation and maintenance tasks on a conveyor system while it is in operation can cause
crushing and electric shock.

Power down the entire conveyor module and ensure that it cannot be started accidentally.

The module is shut down.

Remove the module conveyor,
see "Replacing the module conveyor", page 32
.

Remove screws (1) from sliding bars (2) and detach old sliding bars from center segment (3).

Place new sliding bars on center segment and fasten with screws.

Reattach the module conveyor.
