Checking CO
2
settings
The CO
2
setting has been set in the factory and in principle requires no adjustments.
The setting can be checked by measuring the CO
2
percentage in the combustion gases (X).
In case of possible disturbance of the adjustment, replacement of the gas valve or
conversion to another gas type the adjustment must be checked and if necessary set as
follows.
1.
Switch the appliance off with the
button . [-] will appear in service display.
2.
Remove appliance front cover.
3.
Remove sampling point X to insert a suitable flue gas analyzer probe.
CAUTION
Make sure the start-up procedure of your analyser is completed
before placing the probe into the sampling point.
4.
Switch appliance on with
button and create a CH demand.
Test program H = HIGH SETTING:

Select High setting by simultaneously pressing the
and buttons twice.
H
appears in service display.
DO NOT TEST with “h” in service display. Press
and again if “h” is shown in the
service display.
6.
Allow readings to stabilize. After waiting at least 3 minutes check the CO
2
percentage
as listed in the table below.

Note the CO
2
percentage at maximum power since this has importance for the correct
setting on minimum power.
CAUTION
It is not possible to adjust the CO
2
percentage on test program H.
When the CO
2
percentage is not in accordance with the value as
listed in the table please contact Intergas Technical Services

No adjustment to the CO
2
percentage should be made without
permission from Intergas Technical Services.
