On the PTZ parameters configuration page, you can specific the camera connection
parameters, such as baud rate, data bit, PTZ protocol and PTZ address. The info (including IP
address) marked on the rear of the housing.
Note:
The default setting (Baud rate: 2400; Protocol: PELCO-D; PTZ address: 2)
Click save button to save the changes

B. how to communication with thermal camera
After configure the PTZ parameters, click the
icon on the toolbar on the screen for thermal
camera or click the right button of the mouse to pop up the menu, and the PTZ control panel will
be displayed on the left side of the Main View.
