Adjusting the System Settings
This section is about setting general parameters mainly.
7.13.1
Settings: Lock System
Via this menu, available, as it may be, with the software versions EM/IP/IQ11 and
EM/IP/IQ21 and higher, you can configure certain parameters without having to use
additional software.
7.13.1.1
Lock System: Dual Code
Optional selection of dual code / 4-eyes principle for functions

parameters or, with „Time delay“ or „Release time“ selected, for entering
code during release time.

Lock System: Parallel Code
Optional selection of

for lock systems with 2 locks (at
least).
The first user can open lock 1, 2 or 3, the second user opens the other lock
or one of the two locks still closed and the third, if required, closes the last
lock. For each of these users, the same code should be registered at all
locks (for us
er 1 „101010“ at locks 1, 2 and 3, for user 2 „202020“ at locks
1, 2, and
3 and for user 3 „303030“ at locks 1, 2 and 3, for example).
