• The item has not been misused, abused,
neglected, altered, modified or repaired by

• The item has been subjected to fair wear and
tear

professional or hire purposes.
• The item has not sustained damage through

Your warranty does not cover:
• Components that are subject to natural wear
and tear caused by normal use in accordance
with operating instructions.
• Unauthorised/improper maintenance/handling
or overload is excluded from this warranty.
• For guarantee claims, you will need to submit a
proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt
that displays date and place of purchase.
This warranty does not replace but is in addition
to your statutory rights. This warranty does not
apply to accessories supplied with the item. This
warranty applies only to the original purchaser
and may not be transferred. Replacement items
will be covered by the limited warranty for the
balance of the warranty period from the date of
the original purchase.

BASIC DIRECTIONS
FOR STYLING
TIP: Depending upon your hair type,
experiment with different heat settings for
optimal results.
Temperature selection with 6 heat
settings
The default starting temperature of the appliance
is set to level 4 (170°C). Adjust/select the
temperature level by pressing the “+” or “–“
temperature selection buttons based on your
preference/ according to different hair types.
Note: The indicator light blinks until set
temperature is reached. Start using once
the indicator light stays on.
For safety, turn the ON/OFF switch off and
unplug after use.
1. Use the InStyler
®
Straight Away
™
Hair
Straightener Comb on DRY combed/brushed
hair.
2. Divide the hair into sections. Do not use any hair
spray, styling agent or other flammable chemical
hair-care products.
3. Press a section of hair as firmly as possible into
the teeth of the comb, then comb hair in a slow
pulling motion from root to tip. Ensuring hair
strands run through the heated teeth of the
comb.
4. The teeth of the comb will automatically separate
the hair to distribute the heat evenly and ensure
a polished and smooth result.
5. Repeat the above actions untill you obtain the
results you desire.
6. While getting used to the new technology, start
with small sections until you become more
comfortable with the tool.
