This panel is supplied with a stand that can be placed on a flat and solid surface (table, etc.)
THE FOLLOWING MOUNTING IS OPTIONAL AND NOT INCLUDED
This panel supports cable and screw mounting.
Attach the cable to the mounting threads located on the top of the panel.
Then attach the cable to the carabiner and hook. The hook and pulley must be attached to maintain
the required weight. If you are unsure, contact a professional.
You can adjust the height with a cable and pulley.
To lower the panel, press the mechanism on the pulley. Always hold the cable.
USE
Use the device for approximately 5 - 12 minutes, at a distance of 15 - 91 cm twice a day.
