It is natural for the motor to emit sound while in use. 

 

If the chair doesn’t work, make sure the plug is properly in the socket and that the chair is 
switched on. 

 

If the maximum time of continuous use is over, the product will automatically power down. 
If  the  product  works  continuously  for  too  long,  the  temperature  failsafe  will  make  it  shut 
down automatically. You can use it again after an hour.
