Note: Moisten the electrodes with a towel or damp cloth before use.
Place the belt on your abdomen and adjust the strap
to the required length.
Hold down the power button for 3 seconds to turn the
device on or off.
Press the mode button to change the mode.
Use the + and - buttons to change the intensity.
CHARGING

If the battery is low, the indicator light flashes red.
•
Connect the charger, the indicator will flash red during charging, after charging it will flash
white.
•
Charging time: 2 - 3 hours
•
The device contains a lithium battery. If you plan to store the device for more than 3 months,
charge the battery regularly.
