TROUBLESHOOTING
My keypad is not working.
• Make sure that your computer meets the system requirements.
• Make sure that the USB connector is securely attached to a USB port
on your computer.
• Try connecting your keypad to a different USB port on your computer.
• Make sure that the number lock is on (the Num Lock Indicator should
be lit).
My keypad doesn't work after the driver is installed or removed.
• Reboot your computer.
