Cooking fresh vegetables with the Sensor

Put the fresh vegetables in the oven. They should weigh between 4 
and 16 oz. (110 - 450 g).

Press the 

Fresh Vegetables 

key on the control panel.

Press 

 to begin cooking (no need to set the cooking time). If the 

oven can sense the food’s moisture content, the oven beeps twice and 
the remaining cook time appears on the display, along with the sensor 
setting selected.

As the cooking time counts down, press 

 to pause and open the 

oven door. Stir the vegetables, then continue to cook.

When finished, the oven beeps five times and returns to standby 
mode. Allow the food to “rest” before removing it from the oven.

Cooking potatoes with the Sensor

You can cook one to four potatoes (6 to 8 oz. each)

Pierce each potato with a fork six times around it’s surface. Place the 
potatoes around the edge of a paper-towel-lined turntable. Do not 
cover.

Press the 

Potato 

key on the control panel.

Press 

 to begin cooking (no need to set the cooking time). If the 

oven can sense the food’s moisture content, the oven beeps twice and 
the remaining cook time appears on the display, along with the sensor 
setting selected.

If additional time is needed, continue to cook manually. Please let 
stand for five minutes in the oven after finishing to avoid burning.

Cooking meat with the Sensor

Break apart the meat in a glass bowl or colander, then cover with a lid 
or vented plastic wrap and place in the oven.

Press the 

Meat 

key on the control panel.

Press 

 to begin cooking (no need to set the cooking time). If the 

oven can sense the food’s moisture content, the oven beeps twice and 
the remaining cook time appears on the display, along with the sensor 
setting selected.

As cooking time counts down, press 

 to pause. Open the oven 

door to mix, then continue to cook. Juices should be clear when done.

Notes

• All pieces should be the same size. 
• Wash thoroughly, add 1 tbsp. (15 ml) water per 

4 oz. (125 g) of vegetables, and cover with a lid or 
vented plastic wrap.
