Step 1: Assemble the Back and Seat Frames

Before you begin, Be sure that you’re 
assembling on a non-abrasive surface, 
such as carpet or flattened cardboard.

To identify which is which, know that the 
frame with the narrower slats is for the 
back, while the frame with the wider slats is 
used for the seat.

Prepare 4 short bolts by sliding on a split 
washer and then a flat washer.

Place the Back frame on its side, 
as shown. Lay the seat frame so 
that the four corresponding holes 
are prepared to line up.

Insert a bolt into each hole. Hand 
tighten as you go.

Further tighten with the allen key, 
but not all the way. This will come 
in handy later.
