Margins
: Reduces the
image area utilized for
blank page detection by
the margins specified here.
The default value of 15 mm
will be sufficient to exclude
typical document marks
(such as punch and stap-
le holes) from blank page
detection.

4.6.3.1.1. Format Selection
Images of documents which are smaller than
the chosen format can be automatically adjus-
ted to their actual size. This is achieved through the scanner’s internal image processing, using the
Deskew
function (
