Troubleshooting guide
No dial tone
1. Ensure MU and BU are powered ON
2. Ensure the telephone cable is connected to the BU and the wall socket
3. Ensure that no parallel phone is being used (active)
4. Bring MU closer to BU
Modem not able to dial out
1. Ensure the modem is in tone dialing mode
BU power indicator is not ON
1. Check whether adaptor is connected to BU
2. Check if the power switch on the wall is switched ON
