speed button is in the 0 (Off) position. Press the button to
raise the upper part and press the Eject button to extract the
accessories from the appropriate slots. The mixer is ready to use.
Connect the plug to the mains and set the desired speed.
WHEN THE MIXER IS IN OPERATION, THE BOWL ROTATES
AUTOMATICALLY.
During use, it is advisable to turn off the mixer occasionally, to
gently remove the residues of dough that can be attached to
the walls of the bowl with a spatula. If you want to process large
quantities of food with a high consistency, it is advisable to use
the mixer without support holding the mixer in your hand and
working the mixture in a container of suitable size. After use,
disconnect the power cord from the power outlet.
