The water tank is full.
Empty the water tank and
replace it in the correct
position.

Place the tank in the correct

The dehumidifier does

Check the adapter is
plugged in correctly
The dehumidifier is
turned off.
Turn the device on.
The air outlet is blocked. Leave a free space of at
least 10 cm around the
dehumidifier when the unit
is operating.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Before proceeding with cleaning the device, make sure to disconnect the dehumidifier from
the electrical outlet.
Clean the shell of the device with a soft, damp cloth; never use abrasive and aggressive
solvents as they can damage the appliance.
