• Press the SET button to turn the
thermometer on. The LCD display will
show all the icons (Fig. A). When 0.0 ° C
or --- ° C appears in the display (Fig.B),
the thermometer is ready to be used.
• To detect the body temperature, turn
the sensor towards the forehead and
keep it at a distance of about 3-5 cm.
Press the “SCAN” button and release it.
Once the measurement is complete,
the display will show the detected
temperature.
Note: If the display shows Lo or Hi
(as shown in Fig. C and D) it means
that the measured temperature is
respectively lower or higher than the
measuring interval.
• Setting the measurement mode:
The thermometer turns on by pressing
any of the buttons. When 0.0 °C or ---
°C appears in the display (Fig.B), the
thermometer is ready to be used. At this
point, simply press the “Body / Surface
/ Room” button to select the desired
measurement mode.
