HOW TO USE THE STEPPER
COMPUTER DESCRIPTION
FUNCTIONS:
The computer shows the following parameters:

TIME:
counts the total time of the exercise.
00:00-99:59 min:sec.

COUNT:
counts the total number of steps
0-9999 steps.

CALORIE:
shows the approximate number of fat calories burnt
0-9999 KCAL.

STRIDES/MIN:
shows the stepping speed, in terms of steps per minute
0-9999 times/min.

SCAN:
automatically moves from one function to another, showing the values.
BUTTONS
:
MODE:
to select the desired function. Press and hold the button for 4 seconds to reset all
values.
RESET:
to reset the values for the single function.
The computer turns off automatically after 4 minutes of inactivity. The computer turns
back on when you press a button or activate the stepper.
BATTERIES:
This monitor operates with 2 AA batteries.
NOTE: Remove the batteries in case of prolonged storage. When replacing the
batteries, use 2 batteries of the same type and brand.
