Train count and step counter
Setting the Preheat Function
Please refer to the information in section 4 on the possibilities of the system settings on page 67.
If you are in the main menu, tap the round symbol at the bottom
right to enter the pull and step counting function. Move the button
left or right to switch between the two functions and confirm with
the fire button.
To limit your daily maximum moves, press the up or down key in the
corresponding submenu. Once your limit is reached, the unit stops.
To enter your body data, press the round symbol at the bottom
right of the corresponding sub-menu.
