Other treatment options
You may also use short circular or crosshatched motions around the
eyes, mouth, chin and forehead, as shown in the below illustrations.
Circular and crosshatched (up/down and side to side) motions are
more intense treatments than the simple upward and downward
strokes. We recommend you start with upward and downward
strokes, as mentioned in the Targeted rejuvenation techniques on the
previous pages. If your skin reacts well to that technique, you can
then move on to using the short circular and crosshatched motions,
as shown in the below illustrations.
Eye area and nose
Set suction control between level 1 and 5
(where 1 is the lowest and 5 the highest set-
ting). We recommend starting with the low-
est setting (with the fine Diamond Tip™) and
increase the setting after a few uses as your
comfort level and skin sensitivity allow.
In the area of the eyebrows, use short, upward
strokes, carefully avoiding the sensitive eye-
lids. Continue to the nose area. Use straight,
downward strokes following the curve of the
nose and the line of the cheekbone towards
the nose. Use the precision Diamond Tip™ for
hard to reach areas of the nose.
Hands, arms, legs and décolletage
You may use the coarse Diamond Tip™ if
treating hands, arms and legs. Use the fine
Diamond Tip™ for décolletage. Set suction
control between level 1 and 5 (where 1 is the
lowest and 5 the highest setting). We recom-
mend starting with the lowest setting and
increase the setting after a few uses as your
comfort level and skin sensitivity allow.
For hands, arms and legs, use straight, down-
ward strokes. When using on décolletage, do
not use on the nipple area.
