SkyGuard Interactive Gateway Module.  Rev.1.4.  May. 2017 

IGM ACCOUNT SETUP INSTRUCTIONS 

 
Your IGM account must be setup prior to installing the IGM on your panel. 
 

1.  Login to 

SkyCommand.com.au

go to Dealer devices and ‘Add Device’. 

 

2.  Select the SkyGuard device type. 

 

3.  Fill in the Device Settings for your site according to the following table. 

 
 

Site Name 

This will be displayed in the app and in the website. 

Panel Type 

The correct panel type must be selected for correct operation. 

SkyGuard MAC Address 

The 12-Digit Serial Number or MAC can be found on the Panel and is 
entered in Hexadecimal format (i.e. Characters 0-9 and A-F only) 

Interactive Plan 

The correct plan must be selected to allow functionality.  

Master Contact Name 

Primary site user, this will appear in notifications and logs. 

Phone Number 

Contact number for the Master Contact. 

Email Address 

E-mail for the Master Contact. 

Master Contact Login Name  Used to sign into the app and website.  Can be up to 32 characters long 

and may contain numbers, letters, @ (at) _ (underscore) and . (period) 
characters. 

Panel Master Code 

4 Digits.  Numbers 0-9 only. 

Password 

Must be between 6 and 16 characters long, and contain only numbers 
and/or letters. 

 

4.  If the site will be professionally monitored, select ‘Yes’ and fill in the Monitoring Centre details 

according to the table below.  Otherwise, select ‘No’ and click ‘Next’. 
 

Central Monitoring Station 

Only allowed Monitoring Stations will be displayed.  
If none are displayed please contact Inner Range. 

Monitoring Plan 

SkyGuard devices can only be monitored on the ‘P30 –SkyGuard 12 
Hour’ plan. 

Client Code 

Enter the Client Code supplied by your monitoring centre.  
This is in the format RL.CCCC 
Where RL is the Receiver Line Number and CCCC is the Client Code. 

Reporting Format 

SkyGuard devices only report in ‘Contact ID’ format. 

 

5.  No additional features are available for SkyGuard devices.  Click the ‘Next’ button. 

 

6.  Review the summary of the enrolment wizard.  If any changes are required, you can navigate 

back and update the details.
