WARRANTIES  

 
Every INNATA electric bicycle model is guaranteed 24 months to a PRIVATE and 12 months to a 
COMMERCIAL Customer from the date of purchase, referring to the receipted invoice for the sale.  
The warranty covers the replacement of the defective or prematurely worn part, provided that the 
instructions in this manual have been respected and no improper use of the vehicle has occurred. 
 

Are not covered by warranty, unless they manifest initial defect: 
 

•  Tires subject to natural wear. 
•  Brake pads subjected to natural wear. 
•  General wear materials (brake cables, light bulbs, saddles, knobs). 
•  Wheels 

 

Batteries: 
 

The Battery Kit (26) is subject to a special warranty based on a specific test carried out by the 
manufacturer on the component's use status. 
 
The chemical/physical nature of the cells causes that deterioration depends decisively on the 
scrupulous compliance of the prescriptions in this manual. 
For a defect found within 24 months, in calculating the Battery Kit Warranty, it will be taken into account 
the time of use of the good (pursuant to article 1519-IV paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree 02.02.2002 
N24). 
Therefore, the Battery Replacement is forfeited for a calculated contribution time based according to the 
following table.
