The LED on the receiver lights up permanently, but the smartphone is
not connected:
Possibly the connection is already established to another smartphone within
range. Disconnect this connection by double-clicking the receiver's power /
pair button and reconnect. Possibly disconnect the USB power supply from
the receiver.
If this does not help, try to pair your smartphone with the steps described
above.
The LED is on, my smartphone is connected, but there is no audio
playback:
Make sure that the receiver is correctly connected to your music system and
that your system is set to the correct channel. Check also whether there is a
choice between the analogue or optical input on the system.
Check the volume on your smartphone and on your music system.
The sound quality of the playback does not sound clear or is interrupted
/ cutting out during playback:
Check / test the following points
•
Change the distances to other devices such as a cordless telephone,
microwave, WLAN router or other Bluetooth devices
•
Shorten the distance between your smartphone and receiver
•
Find another place for your receiver
•
Disconnect the Wi-Fi connection of your smartphone, test the audio
quality by playing with another smartphone, or restart your smartphone.
•
Check whether your operating system is up-to-date on your smartphone,
and it may need updating.
•
Rescue the receiver and reconnect your devices to the receiver.
Only one audio channel plays audio:
Check the cables between the receiver and the music system, and the
balance may also be adjusted in the playback app of your smartphone.
