5. INTENDED USE
The InLine® 4in1 Bluetooth Aluminum Keyboard with German keyboard
layout (QWERTZ) is suitable for Windows, MacOS as well as Android and
iOS/iPadOS devices. Up to four devices can be connected to it via Blue-
tooth. Switching between connected mobile devices is done comfortably
by pressing a button. Numerous practical function keys make it easy to
navigate and control functions such as volume and brightness.

6. IMPROPER USE
The following shall be deemed to be improper use within the meaning
of a foreseeable misuse:

Do not disassemble the InLine® Bluetooth Aluminum Keyboard
7. NOTE ON RADIO FREQUENCY
General allocation of frequencies for use in local networks; Wireless
Local Area Networks (WLAN radio applications).
Pursuant to § 55 of the German Telecommunications Act (TKG), fre-
quencies in the range of 2400.0 - 2483.5 MHz are hereby allocated for
use by the general public in local networks, Wireless Local Area Net-
works (WLAN radio applications.
With this general allocation, the obligatory implementation of the
decision of the European Commission of the harmonisation of spec-
trum use by devices with a low range of coverage will take place from
09.11.2006 (2006/771/EC), as last amended by the implementing
decision of the Commission of 08.12.2011 (2011/829/EU), published in
the Official Journal of the European Union L 329, page 10 et seq. of
13.12.2011, in Germany.
If you plan to use the product outside of Germany, please inform your-
self in advance about the legal regulations of the respective country.
8. APPLICATION / USE
1. Turn on the InLine® Bluetooth Aluminum Keyboard by sliding the
slider on the right side of the keyboard so that a „1“ appears inside
the slider bar. To confirm, the Bluetooth LED will light up briefly and
the number pad LED will light up permanently if active.
2. Now press and hold one of the four Bluetooth keys for approx. 3
seconds to set the keyboard to pairing mode. The Bluetooth LED
flashes to confirm.
3. Now search for „
InLine Bluetooth Keyboard
“ in the Bluetooth set-
tings with your device to be paired and select it. Please refer to the
manual of the device to be paired for further details on the Blue-
tooth connection.
4. As soon as the pairing was successful, your device will prompt you
to enter a sequence of numbers on the keyboard and confirm with
„Enter“. After successful entry, the Bluetooth LED lights up briefly
in blue and then goes out. You have now successfully paired your
device with the Bluetooth key you have selected and can now select
the connection by briefly pressing this key. To pair the key with an-
other device, press and hold it again for about 3 seconds to return
the keyboard to pairing mode.
5. Operating system specific functions
: After successful pairing,
hold down the FN key and additionally press one of the keys „Q“,
„W“ or „E“. The key combination FN + „Q“ (iOS), „W“ (Android) or
„E“ (Windows) activate operating system specific functions.
