Now push the clip down and rotate the
sensor out of the intercooler tube.

Install the provided 1/8” NPT plug to the
fitting on the intake tube. secure and tighten
using allen key. Install intercooler tube into the
vehicle from bottom up and position.

Loosen the trans cooler bracket
and pull back. this will allow for installation
of the injen cold side intercooler tube.
17.
Install the temperature sensor to the
machined pad and secure using provided M5
hex screw. Tighten using 8mm nut driver.

Loosen the horn bracket and pull
back.
18.
Install the provided 2-5/8” x 2-3/4”
step hump hose with clamps to the throttle
body. Do not tighten

Loosen the clamp on the throttle body
using 7mm nut driver. Pull out and remove from
the vehicle from down under the vehicle.

Re-connect the temperature
sensor harness.
20.
Install the 2-5/8” x 2-3/4” step
hump hose with clamps to the intercooler
and connect. adjust for clearance and fit-
ment.
21.
Secure and tighten all clamps
using 8mm nut driver or ratchet.
22.
Secure and re-tighten the horn
bracket and trans cooler. Re-install the
trans cooler cover. Re-install bumper cover
and re-connect sensors and camera.
