Quality note
The glass is handmade and may show slight inclusions
and irregularities due to production.
Care and user instructions
Clean the metal base with a dry microfibre cloth.
Do not use any cleaning agents containing solvents or
chlorine.
The glass can be cleaned with glass cleaning agents.

LED module, battery and glass are available as spare
parts from Ingo Maurer GmbH. Repairs must be
carried out by a qualified electrician.
In case of damage caused by non-compliance with
these operating instructions, improper commissioning
and/or structural changes, e.g. by third-party compo-
nents, handling or intervention by third parties, the
warranty claim is void.
Carefully remove the luminaire and accessories from the packa-
ging. The supplied fabric bag is used to store the luminaire and
protects from scratching.
Attention: b.bulb is not suitable for outdoor use. The product is
not a toy. Exercise particular caution in the presence of children!
b.bulb must not be operated with unscrewed glass.
Use
The luminaire is controlled via the switch on the bottom of the
metal base (

).
Pressing briefly switches the luminaire on and off. When held
down for a longer period, the luminaire dims, changing to a war-
mer light colour as brightness decreases. (2700K – 1800K).
The last selected setting is saved when the unit is switched off
until the next use. If you keep the switch pressed in the off state,
b.bulb dims from 0 to 100 %. up. A short flashing indicates full
brightness.
Function of the battery status display
As soon as you move b.bulb, a coloured LED lights up in the
switch, indicating the charge status of the battery (

). This lights
up for 10 seconds in both the on and off state. The colour code of
the LED indicates the remaining battery power.
In battery mode (

):
Green, over 50 %, orange over 25 % and red under 25 %.When
the battery power is 10% or more, the lamp automatically dims
by 30 % to extend the battery life. However, it can be dimmed up
again as described above.
During charging (

):
Green (flashing), above 90 %; orange, above 25 %; red, below 25 %.
To charge, insert the USB-C plug (

) into the recess on the metal
base and connect the cable to the charging adapter. The lamp
signals the start of the charging process by flashing briefly.
