INSTALLATION
NOTICE
Use Anaerobic Pipe Sealant on the threads when
making pipe connections with this control handle.
OPERATION
The electronic meter contains a microprocessor boardwhich is battery
poweredwith an expectedlife of 1 Ć 2 years, depending on usage.
FUNCTION: Depress the RESET button to reset the batch totalizer to
zero before each use. Squeeze the trigger handle to dispense the deĆ
siredamount of fluid.
The Meter shows two sets of digits in the display:
Units dispensed display in Pints, Quarts or Liters depending on the
model.
Meters are shippedwith the unit of measure programmedat the factory.
BATCH TOTAL
is the total liquiddispensedsince the last press of the
RESET button.
CUMULATIVE TOTAL
is the total of all fluidunits meteredsince the
meter power supply was connectedthe first time. The CUMULATIVE
total will not change with RESET.
A nonĆvolatile memory stores the Cumulative Total indefinitely in case
of a long absence of power.
CAUTION
DO NOT SUBMERGE THE DIGITAL METER
HEAD IN PETROLEUM SOLVENTS.
Solvents may attack the
adhesive used in assembly causing damage. Clean the meter usĆ
ing soap andwater only.
RECALIBRATION:
Refer to the Advanced Instructions in the meter
manual section of the meter manual to change calibration factor if necĆ
essary.
Assembly
Use only Anaerobic Pipe Sealant on (3) Swivel threads. Do not use
Teflon tape.
