Quick Start of the Newton Board 

When getting the Newton board, it has been initialized with an Android system. Follow next steps to 

power on the system: 

 

 

Connect the debug board to the Newton board via serial and USB, the serial port configuration 

is 57600-8-n-1. 

 

Connect the battery to the Newton board. 

 

Connect the USB cable from the debug board to the PC. 

 

Press the POWER button about 3s, then the board will be booted.
