6. Starting the sleep system

You have now successfully installed the system.
•
Start the inPulser at your chosen volume (as quiet as possible) right when
you want to fall asleep, and no sooner.
•
Adjust volume during the night as needed if you think it is not quiet enough.
•
Leave the system on all night. Turn it off when you get up in the morning.
•
If you used the batt ery, recharge it during the day.
We hope you sleep well – your sleep should adjust within just a few weeks.
