Operation Steps Of Infrared-Heat
1. Connect the costume to the controller.
If shows EO on the controller,it means the wrong connection, temperature can
not be set.
2. Set
TIME
using the▲and▼arrows.
When the controller is turned on, the default time is 30 minutes.
The maximum adjustable time is 90 minutes.
The recommended time for each use is 35-40 minutes.
It is recommended to use it every other day.
3. Press
INFRAR SELECT
, the indicator lamp of AMRS is on,quickly set the
temperature.
The recommended temperature for ARMS is 55℃-60℃.
4. Press
ON/OFF，
the infrared-heat of arms begins to work.
Press again
ON/OFF,
the infrared-heat of arms is paused.
5. Press
INFRAR SELECT
,the indicator lamp of waist is on, quickly set the
temperature.
The recommended temperature for WAIST is 60℃-65℃.
6. Press
ON/OFF，
the infrared-heat of waist begins to work.
Press again
ON/OFF,
the infrared-heat of waist is paused.
7. Press
INFRAR SELECT
,the indicator lamp of legs is on, quickly set the
temperature.
The recommended temperature for LEGS is 65℃-70℃.
8. Press
ON/OFF，
the infrared heat of lges begins to work.
Press again
ON/OFF,
the infrared heat of legs is paused.
9. After making above operations,temperature of each part is going up,slowly you can
feel the heat.
