Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin
You will need the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin to title and register your vessel. Please fill out with
boat data provided in owner’s manual and on CE plate. The H.I.N and C.I.N are the same thing and begin
with AST; make sure you fill out the remaining #s and letters. DMV will also require a bill of sale, proof of
