How to use
Remove the cup. Unfold the handle of the hand-mill grinder.
Add your preferred amount of beans. Measurement lines on
the inside of the hand-mill grinder show you when you have
added 10/15/20/25g of beans. Use the ground adjustment
knob at the top of the hand mill adjust the size of your
grounds; clockwise for a finer grind and counter clockwise
for a coarser grind. Begin grinding in a clockwise direction
with a slow steady motion. Continue grinding until you feel
no resistance. (NOTE: DO NOT grind in a counterclockwise
direction. This will cause the handle to collapse.)
1
Carefully fold the handle back into place and remove the
hand-mill grinder. You should see the freshly ground beans
in the filter down below. Do not remove hand-mill grinder
until all beans have been completely ground.
2
Fill cup/drip kettle with hot water. Tip diamond-shaped
spout over the filter and allow the hot water to drip onto
the ground beans. The slower the drip, the richer the
coffee. (NOTE: DO NOT put the cup/drip kettle in the
microwave to heat the water. This will damage the cup/drip
kettle. Heat the water in a microwave-safe container.)
