Place a flat washer on each of the two 3” screws and pass the screws through the slotted holes int eh ceiling plate as show in
Figure 10.

Assembling the fan for a standard or angled ceiling
1.
Insert the downrod through the canopy as shown in Figure 11. Feed wires from the fan through the downrod.
2.
Screw the downrod into the fan assembly until tight. IMPORTANT! Tighten downrod set screw as shown in Figure 11.

Assembling the fan for a low ceiling
1.
Remove four set screws from the top of the housing and place canopy and canopy ring in direct contact with the housing
aligning the 4 holes over the slots where the screws were just removed.
2.
Screw the four removed screws back through the holes that are aligned over the corresponding slot, securely tightening down
to ensure proper connection.
