10.6.2.3.3 Maximum Duration
Defines the length of time in seconds that the RGA will collect data if using
Time
as a stop mode. If using a different stop mode,
Maximum Duration
defines the
maximum amount of time that the RGA will collect data. (See
.)

NOTE:
If the data acquisition ends due to the
Maximum Duration
when its
Stop
Mode Type
is not set to
Time
, an alarm will occur. For more information
on alarms, refer to
.
10.6.2.3.4 Emission
Defines the mode of the filament when the run stops. It is recommended to turn off
the filament if the sensor will be exposed to high pressures following a run. (See
.)
Figure 10-35 Emission
As Is
uses the current status of the filament.
Off
stops the data acquisition with the filament off.
On
stops the data acquisition with the filament on.
10.6.2.3.5 Multiplier
Defines the mode of the electron multiplier when the run stops. It is recommended
to turn off the EM if the sensor will be exposed to high pressures following a run.
(See
Figure 10-36 Multiplier
As Is
uses the current status of the EM.
Off
starts the data acquisition with the EM off.
On
starts the data acquisition with the EM on.
